Seasonal Preventative Maintenance on Shutters:

• Full inspection of all louvers, hinges, and frames - (Call Out) + $180.00
• Dust and deep clean (including louver grooves) -  (Call Out) + $55.00 per hour
• Lubrication of moving parts (non-staining, dust-repellent) - (Price dependent on number of panels) -(Call Out) + $15.00 per panel
• Tightening of all screws and brackets -                   Included with Lubrication
• Cover Cap check -                                             Check is included with above, though any missing caps that need replacing will be $1.50 per cap.
• Report on any potential issues before they worsen - Included with any of the above
• Only 1 Call out will be charged per trip.

Hardware Replacements:

• Blade Pins:$20.00 per pin + (Call Out) + (Labour)
• Blades: $30.00 per blade (unless over 900mm then $30 per LM) + (Call Out) + (Labour) 
• Hinges: $15.00 per hinge + (Call Out) + (Labour) 
• Front Tilt Clips: $3.50 each + (Call Out) + (Labour) 
• Cover Caps: $1.50 each + (Call Out) + (Labour)
• Only 1 Call out will be charged per trip and the overall Labour fee.

Louvre & Frame Repair:

• Epoxy Repairs: (This will depend on the size of repair) (Small) $40.00 (Medium) $60.00 (Large) $80.00 + (Labour) 
• Adjustments: $12.00 per blade, panel or frame + (Labour) 
• Colour matching: $40.00 for custom colour matching
• Paint: (This will depend on the size of the shutters) - $85.00 per M2
• Glue Repairs: This will Range between $15.00 - $45 per M2 depending on glues needed
• All Repairs will also be charged a Call out fee for each trip. 
  

Wooden Shutters:

• Sanding Panels & Frames: $50.00 per M2 
• Stains: This will Range between $30.00 - $120.00 per M2 depending on stain needed
• Oils: This will Range between $60.00 - $150 per M2 depending on oils needed
• All Repairs will also be charged a Call out fee for each trip and a Labour amount 
  

Delivery & Installation:

• Call Out Fee - North Shore $50.00 - Auckland - $60.00 Outer Auckland $80.00
• Labour - $55.00 per hour  
• Installation - $65.00 per panel (Z Frame / Std Bullnose) - $70.00 (Inside Frames) - $90.00 (Sliding Shutters)
